Tools in a workshop
A hammer or plane tells you more when it sits between workbench, material and related tools. So for each display, look at which successive actions were needed to make or repair a product.
Changing professions
Alongside the permanent crafts there are temporary displays. For 2026, the research card mentions everyday implements of the family doctor, vet and dentist. Check the current theme, as it determines which professional tools get extra attention.
De Weyert next door
The De Weyert corn mill stands at the same address. In the summer season the museum and mill are open on Saturdays; in winter, Saturday opening applies only to the mill and the museum receives groups by appointment.
Before you go
Individual museum visits are seasonal and limited to Saturdays. The spelling of the address varies in other sources; the museum website uses Lyclamaweg.
