’t Steenhuus brings traditional trades and domestic life together in a regional museum in Niebert. Its permanent display includes the crafts of baking and painting, with tools and furnished rooms.
The kitchen and maid’s room contain, among other things, a coffee roaster and objects connected with mustard-making. Upstairs are a small school, a grocer’s shop and a barber’s shop; shoemaking tools are also on display.
