Old crops and tasks are not always visible at the same time. Ask what is growing, being harvested or can be demonstrated at that moment.
Demonstrations are not guaranteed
Syrup boiling (stroopstoken), threshing or baking fruit tarts (vlaaien) depends on arrangement and season. Confirm the programme before you expect a specific craft.
Before you go
From April to September, by telephone appointment only, for groups of two to a maximum of twenty people, and only when the managers are available. Ignore fixed Wednesday or Sunday hours from secondary sources. Confirm the date, demonstration, payment and accessibility in advance.
