Collecting art as a choice
The collection began with Maarten and Reina van Bommel-van Dam. In the collection display, look for recurring materials, artists or subjects, and ask which later acquisitions broaden the picture.
Across disciplines
Painting, drawings, sculpture and photography each call for a different pace of looking. Compare two works on composition or subject without taking their medium as the obvious starting point.
The golden envelope façade
With its new façade, the former post office refers to communication. Inside, see how old parts of the building and the museum route connect with that public exterior.
