When skilled operators run a machine, try to follow a single movement. What happens to the threads and how does the fabric take shape? Ask for an explanation of any step you cannot make out; speed can make the process seem more complicated.

An afternoon in the factory
The entrance is via De Weeffabriek. The café in the complex can offer a break, but the museum has its own visiting hours. Groups make an appointment in advance. Check public holidays separately, as they can mean a closure even on a normal opening day.
