Historisch Museum Haarlemmermeer: continuing in Cruquius

The Historisch Museum Haarlemmermeer can no longer be visited at the Mentzhoeve in Hoofddorp. The presentation is linked to the Polderpaviljoen at the Cruquius Museum.

Plan your visit ↗

The polder as a subject

The story described focuses on the life and development of Haarlemmermeer. That remains the point of reference for the content, even though the current visiting location is no longer on the Bosweg.

A different museum setting

The Polderpaviljoen is next to the De Cruquius pumping station. If you want to see both, consult the current admission arrangements and route; an old museum description is not enough for that.

The right destination

Use Cruquiusdijk 27 in Cruquius as the starting point for current information. The former address in Hoofddorp is no longer a public venue and has no valid museum schedule.

Before you go

Check the opening, tickets and accessibility of the Polderpaviljoen there. Do not rely on old Mentzhoeve hours, and confirm any group guided tour at the new location.
