The show projects a history of the town in the monumental space. See image and sound as a chosen way of telling the story, and use the explanations to place individual subjects.
Then into the town
Podwalks focus on the town or the harbour. They extend the visit beyond the Statenpoort and vary in length; choose what suits the time you have and your walking ability.
Without a podwalk too
A paper booklet is mentioned as an alternative. It lets you follow a route at your own pace, without having to use the digital format as the only option.
Before you go
Check current access to the show and any booking for a guided walk. Discuss the step at the entrance if you need wheelchair access.
