With a portrait, you can begin without knowing who is depicted. How is the person positioned, and where does your eye fall first? Then read the explanatory text and notice what it adds to your first impression.

The silver collection invites you to look at form and use together. For an object, ask yourself what it had to do, and how the decoration responds to that. Check the current programme if you are coming specifically for one part of the collection.
