Start with an object whose location and soil context are clear. That information makes the difference between a loose old object and archaeological information about settlement or use.
From excavation to display case
The working group researches building plans, excavates, conserves and publishes. For one displayed item, ask which steps between discovery and presentation have been recorded.
A changing attic exhibition
The exhibitions change and sometimes tie in with events. The station is a compact venue; check in advance whether an announced theme is still running and how the attic can be reached.
