The location in De Elzen makes it possible to compare with what lies outside. Note which plants, waterways or traces of use are explained indoors.
Volunteers and changing art
Alongside regional history there are exhibitions by artists and a book corner about the Biesbosch. Ask which part is permanent and which is temporary.
Before you go
Open Wednesday 10.00–16.00 and Saturday and Sunday 12.30–16.00; closed on other days or possibly by appointment. Admission is free. Before you set off, check whether the weekend opening and the temporary exhibition you want to see are going ahead, and ask about accessibility if necessary.
